The anecdote “Employees will work to the expec tations of their supervisor” illustrates this concept.\n\nIn the Leaders hip in Safety training session\, students will get a chance to understand the dynamic of culture as well as safety and health management systems and their place in the decisions that affect\, not only individual safety but the safety of others as well. \n\nThis session is meant to be a thought p rovoking exercise in understanding that safety leadership doesn’t only h appen at the management level.
