* The VLCT office is on the 1st floor of the City Center building, to the right of the elevator. Note that metered on-street parking is limited to 2 hours. The metered parking lot behind City Hall is not limited and is just a short walk to the VLCT office.
Free parking (also with a short walk) can be found on upper East State, School, Loomis, Barre, and St. Paul Streets.

1:30 – 1:45 p.m. – Networking and light snacks
1:45 – 2:00 p.m. – Business meeting
2:00 – 4:00 p.m. – OSHA/VOSHA – new standards, recent activity, focus areas, and what the future might hold
Daniel Whipple, OHST, VOSHA Program Manager. Dan has worked for VOSHA for more than 20 years, serving nearly 11 years as a compliance officer, accident/fatality investigator, discrimination investigator, as well as 5 years as the Compliance Assistance Specialist (CAS)/Green Mountain Voluntary Protection Programs (GMVPP) Coordinator. He graduated from New Hampshire VOCTEC College in Berlin with an Associates in Applied Science and is a 24-year member of the Charleston Volunteer Fire Department, where he holds the rank of Second Assistant Chief.
