OSHA Recordkeeping – Electronic Reporting of OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 updated

OSHA has extended the required electronic reporting of illness and injury records until December 15, 2018.  Reporting requirements are based on size and industry type.

Employers with more than 250 employees have to upload the 2016 OSHA 300, 300A, and 301s to the OSHA ITA – Injury Tracking Application –

Employers with 10 – 249 employees in industries on the attached list must submit only the 300As from 2016.
