The VLCT office is on the 1st floor of the City Center building, to the right of the elevator. Note that metered on-street parking is limited to 2 hours. The metered parking lot behind City Hall is not limited and is just a short walk to the VLCT office. Free parking (also with a short walk) can be found on upper East State, School, Loomis, Barre, and St. Paul Streets.

Holly J. LeClair is the President of Green Mountain Safety Consulting, L.L.C. in Burlington, Vermont, and one of the founding members of our Section. She’s also a member of VT Safety & Health Council, an instructor for American Red Cross Adult CPR/Standard First Aid and is pursuing the Associate in Risk Management designation. Holly has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Michael’s College, Colchester, Vermont.
