This program can help strengthen supervisor competencies for effective safety leadership, including measurable competencies for evaluation purposes. The benefits this program can provide include:

This program is specifically designed for front-line supervisors to help them become more effective safety leaders. While the program is intended for supervisors, upper management personnel may benefit by attending this course to see if the program would be suitable for their supervisors. The program includes nine supervisor safety competency modules that are contained in the following three topic categories:

Session 2: Preventing Injuries
Session 3: Post Injury Management
